Postage & Handling

Ok real talk... I'm going to throw some hella boring stuff your way. Boring but important. 

All orders are sent out via Australia Post. All orders will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Postage is additional and is determined by the weight of your total order. You can select either Standard or Express Shipping options at checkout. 

Shipping rates Australia wide:

Standard Shipping	0kg-1kg	$12
Express Shipping	0kg-1kg	$17
Heavy Goods Shipping	1kg-5kg	$20
Heavy Goods Express Shipping	1kg-5kg	$30

Please note Express Shipping is a postage option only not a 'rush my order' request. If you need your order faster please get in touch before purchasing. Please check each individual product listing for current lead times. 

Tuckshop does not take any responsibility for delays in delivery once orders have been dispatched. Should delays occur, it is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with Australia Post. 

I understand that mistakes happen, if you accidentally provide the wrong address at check out I get it... sometimes I forget my own phone number. If your order is returned because of this you will be responsible for the additional postage fee. Sorry not sorry but... sorry.
