How long will it take to receive my order?

It really depends what you order. You can check the turn around time on each items description. Head here for detailed info about our ordering process.

What if I order multiple items with different turn around times?

You will receive your items all together based on the longest turn around time. For example; you order a beanie (2-3 weeks) and cardigan (4-6 weeks), both items will be dispatched within 4-6 weeks.

I selected express shipping, will my item be made sooner?

No, unfortunately express shipping is a postage method only. Your item will be dispatched within the outlined turnaround times on the individual product pages.

You're always sold out, when can I get my hands on some knits?

Approximately once a month I open for orders and then close again once I have reached my production limit for the month (you see folks, everything is made to order!). Sometimes I reach my production limit within minutes... sometimes a couple of days so sign up for my newsletter to be the first to know when we are going to reopen.

Can I try before I buy?

Hey your collaboration pieces sold out before I could get them. Can you make me one as a custom order please?

Unfortunately not. All of my collaboration designs are exclusive to those creative partnerships and can not be replicated again upon request. Collaboration pieces are made in limited quantities, making them unique and exclusive to that specific collection. 

I always have exciting things happening behind the scenes  so make sure you keep up to date with everything Tuckshop by signing up to the newsletter and following me on Instagram for any collaboration related news.

Do you take custom orders?

Sure do! I offer custom colour combinations only on all our garments. Get in contact here! 

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Now, I'm not a crazy person. If for some unfortunate reason you receive your order and find a genuine fault please contact me within 7 days of receiving it. I will happily exchange your item for you. 

I am a one woman show and because I make everything to order, Tuckshop does not accept refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind. Tuckshop also does not accept refunds or exchanges on custom listings. I know Tuckshop pieces can be a significant investment so am always happy to answer any questions you have before you make a purchase.
